1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Narrative.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Narrative may offer paid subscriptions, trials, or usage-based plans.

• Pricing and billing terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• We may change pricing, plans, or features at any time.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. User Content & Permissions

The Service allows you to upload, submit, link, or otherwise make available content, including video, audio, text, metadata, or other materials ("User Content").

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your User Content.

License to Narrative

By using the Service, you grant Narrative a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including providing analytics, automation, and integrations you enable.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to your User Content
• Your content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

4. Third-Party Platforms & APIs

Narrative integrates with or relies on third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and other content platforms ("Third-Party Services").

By connecting your accounts, you authorize Narrative to access and process data only as permitted by you and required to provide the Service.

Important Acknowledgements

• Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their own terms and policies.
• Narrative does not own, control, or guarantee Third-Party Services.
• Narrative does not sell or misuse platform data and processes it only for user-authorized functionality.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable Third-Party terms.
• If a Third-Party Service revokes access, changes its API, or enforces new restrictions, Narrative may modify or discontinue related features without liability.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or platform policy
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or deceptive content
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse APIs or systems
• Circumvent platform safeguards or rate limits
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

We may remove content or restrict access at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, algorithms, branding, interfaces, and documentation — excluding User Content, are owned by Narrative AI Inc. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the Service without written permission.

7. Analytics & Improvements

Narrative may collect and analyze usage data to improve performance, reliability, and features. This data is used in aggregated or anonymized form where possible.

We do not use private user content to train public models unless explicitly disclosed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Narrative makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for use. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Narrative AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Narrative in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
